The Space
This beautiful property is located in the city of Woodland Hills. The vast private & secured compound sleeps up to 22 people throughout 3 homes with direct access to the private pool and gated parking lot. The outdoor areas offer chaise lounges, gas BBQ grill, year-round heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub with strong jets, wood burning fire pit, water features, outdoor kitchen and so much more!
This single-story house has been split into three private houses, each with its own secured entrance. The most ideal property for large groups of friends and families!
The entire compound has a total of 9 bedrooms, 5 sofa beds, and 6.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 22 people comfortably.
House A offers 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a shared laundry room with House B.
House B offers 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 sofa beds, 2.5 bathrooms and a shared laundry room with House A.
House C offers 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms and its own stacked laundry unit.
Large gated private parking lot that fits up to 9-12 vehicles depending on size. The Electric Vehicle Charging Station inside the parking lot is free to use (Tesla’s will require an adaptor).
All houses are fully furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy!
With prior approval we may allow up to 32 guests to stay the night, this home properly sleeps up to 22 guests with beds, bedding & pillows included within the nightly rate. Each additional nightly guest, up to 10, are charged a rate of $50 per person per night for use of the facilities, amenities and toiletries (beds, bedding & towels not included).
House Rules
- No cigarette smoking inside any of the houses at any time.
- Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This means no yelling, shouting or screaming anywhere outdoors during Quiet Hours. Any amplified music must be turned off or moved indoors before 10:00 PM nightly.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors around the property. Though you may not see them, they reside in the homes surrounding this property, and can hear all unnecessary loud noises at all times of the day. Please use decency when playing music at any time of day, and point speakers away from the neighbors.
- Please respect the house and the furniture. Do not jump or stand on the beds or sofa beds; they are only meant for laying on.
- Upon check out, please take all your trash to the blue bins on the street. Please start the dishwasher and start the laundry with towels only; bedding can remain for cleaning crew.
- Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, unless arranged with us ahead of time. You must have all your belongings outside the house by 10:00 AM, as our cleaning crew needs to prepare the home for our next guest.
Other Things to Note
Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool & spa, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, privacy & security, parking, EV charger, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas). The cleaning fee is non-negotiable in order for us to provide the same level of excellence to all our guests.
This property is in a residential neighborhood where other people live. Please no late-night parties and do not disturb the neighbors with loud noise at all hours of the day, especially on weeknights.
Please keep noise down between hours of 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM nightly per local ordinances.
Please note there is absolutely no cigarette smoking allowed inside of any of the interior spaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for cigarette stench left inside the house.
The pool is cleaned 3-4 times per week, usually early mornings. Please allow for 1 hour to pass following pool cleanings to allow for chemicals to dissipate prior to entering the water.
Gardner comes every Tuesday and Friday late afternoon around 5:00 PM. You may ask him not to clean if it is disturbing your stay; please do not contact the host regarding this.
