The Space
Welcome to this immaculate home located in the beautiful city of Thousand Oaks, California! Situated on a hilly suburban neighborhood with mountain views, this house provides everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. The large sized pool has shallow and deep-ends, and stays heated all year round with a gas BBQ grill nearby. Seating for up to 10 people on the outdoor dining table underneath the market string lights makes this a perfect getaway with friends and family. The 2-car garage with free EV charging is yours to use, along with the 3 sets of laundry machines. Stay a couple of nights or even for a week in this peaceful and serene retreat!
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with king bed and its own bathroom – sleeps 2
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed – sleeps 2
- Bedroom 3 with queen bed – sleeps 2
- Bedroom 4 with queen bed – sleeps 2
- Living room with king size sofa bed and a large sofa – sleeps 2
75’’ TV in living room, along with TV’s in each bedroom
Secure enclosed garage that fits 2 vehicles + 2 in driveway & plenty of street parking.
Free EV charging inside of the garage (Tesla’s require adaptor)
With prior approval we may allow up to 10 extra guests max to stay the night, this home properly sleeps up to 10 guests with beds, bedding & pillows included within the nightly rate. Each additional nightly guest, up to 10, are charged a rate of $50 per person/per night for use of the facilities, amenities and toiletries (beds, bedding & towels not included).
House Rules
- Please no cigarette smoking inside the house at any time.
- Quiet Hours are between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM per local ordinances. This means no yelling, shouting, loud voices or screaming outdoors during Quiet Hours. Any music must be turned off or moved indoors before 9:00 PM nightly.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors around the property. Though you may not see them, they reside in the houses surrounding this property, and can hear all unnecessary loud noises at all times of the day. Please use decency when playing music at any time of the day and point speakers away from the neighbors.
- Respect the house and the furniture please. Let us know if anything needs our attention.
- Upon check out, please take all your trash to the black and blue bins. Trash pick-up is every Tuesday morning; you may help us by placing used bins on the curb by Monday night. Please start the dishwasher and start the laundry with towels only; bedding can remain on beds. Lastly, please lock all doors and windows!
- Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM, unless arranged with us ahead of time. You must have all your belongings outside the house by 10:00 AM, as our cleaning crew needs to prepare the home for our next guest.
Other Things to Note
Quiet Hours are between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. During this time there is no amplified music, screaming or yelling allowed outdoors. If you want to continue your evening with noise, please take all socializing & music indoors and close all doors and windows. You may use the pool at any time, but must refrain from screaming, yelling & splashing during Quiet Hours! Please refrain from disturbing the neighbors by gathering outdoors or in the street. There are plenty of places to gather on this property, including the side facing the mountains with no neighbors!
No more people are allowed onto the property than agreed upon at time of booking. Friends & family are always welcome, however everyone must adhere to the Quiet Hours.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property due to the close proximity to our neighbors.
Pets are welcome to this property for an additional cleaning fee, paid prior to arrival.
The pool is heated at your own discretion at no additional charge (easily controlled by you)! The pump is always running, so all you need to do is select your desired pool temperature on the heater’s digital screen. While the heater is operating 24/7, the water temperature is based on the weather; cold and rainy weather may prevent heater from reaching desired temperature. If you don’t plan on using the pool, help us save energy by setting the heater to 80 degrees. This is so that our next guest may reach their desired temperature in a shorter period of time.
The pool is cleaned twice per week, usually in the mornings. Please allow for 1 hour to pass following pool cleanings to allow for chemicals to dissipate prior to entering the water.
Gardner comes once a week to wash around the pool area and clean the driveway.
Our Cleaning Fee includes the Following & much more: Clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas). The cleaning fee is non-negotiable in order for us to provide the same level of excellence to all our guests.
Guest Access
The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay. All amenities and private access to the house and pool area are exclusively yours during your stay. There are tons of shopping, big box stores and restaurants only 5-10 minutes away. You are also minutes away from the beautiful Thousand Oaks Mall (The Oaks Shopping Center), Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Malibu, and much more!
